PSA, kamfanin iyaye na Peugeot, yana tattaunawa don siyan Opel-Vauxhall

Shirye-shiryen GM Holden na siyan sabbin samfura daga rassansa na Turai na iya shiga cikin tambaya bayan labarin jiya cewa kamfanin iyayen Peugeot da Citroen PSA Group suna tattaunawa don siyan rassan Opel da Vauxhall.

Sabbin SUVs guda biyu na Opel/Vauxhall sun dogara ne akan dandamali na PSA, gami da ƙaramin 2008 na Peugeot na Crossland X wanda aka buɗe a cikin Janairu da matsakaicin tushen 3008 Grandland X saboda za a bayyana nan ba da jimawa ba.

Opel-Vauxhall da PSA sun fuskanci mummunar asarar kuɗi a cikin 'yan shekarun nan. Gwamnatin Faransa da takwararta ta PSA ta kasar Sin sun ceci PSA da kamfanin Dongfeng Motor, wanda ya samu kashi 13% na kamfanin a shekarar 2013.

Mai yiyuwa ne Dongfeng na yunkurin kwace mulki, saboda da wuya gwamnatin Faransa ko kuma dangin Peugeot, wadanda ke da kashi 14% na PSA, za su ba da tallafin fadada Opel-Vauxhall.

A bara, Dongfeng ya kera tare da sayar da motocin Citroen, Peugeot da DS guda 618,000 a kasar Sin, lamarin da ya sa ya zama kasuwa ta biyu mafi girma ta PSA bayan Turai da aka sayar da miliyan 1.93 a shekarar 2016.
