Yadda ake maye gurbin hanyar mota

Sauya sandar taye ya haɗa da ɗaga motar a cikin iska da yin amfani da maƙarƙashiya don ƙara ƙarar igiyar igiyar zuwa madaidaicin juzu'i.

Waƙar wani bangaren dakatarwa ne wanda aka fi amfani da shi akan ababan hawa masu kauri, duka na baya-baya da tuƙi. Ɗayan ƙarshen waƙar yana haɗe zuwa chassis, ɗayan kuma zuwa gatari. Wannan yana kiyaye gatari a daidai matsayi kuma yana hana wuce gona da iri na gefe da motsi na tsayi. Waƙa da aka sawa ko sako-sako na iya haifar da hawan mara kulawa da rashin kulawa. Kuna iya samun hayaniya akan bumps, tafiya mai yawo/sako, ko hadewar duka biyun.

Sashe na 1 na 2: Juyawa da goyan bayan motar.

Abubuwan da ake bukata

Mataki 1: Juya motar. Shigar da muryoyin ƙafar ƙafa a baya da gaban aƙalla dabaran ta baya. Sanya jack a ƙarƙashin bambancin kamar yadda aka nuna a hoton da ke sama. Ɗaga abin hawa har sai ya yi tsayi don a goyan bayan jacks da aka saita ƙasa da ƙasa gwargwadon yiwuwa.

Mataki 2: Juya motar. Shigar da kafafun jack ɗin daidai a wuri ɗaya ko dai a ƙarƙashin axle ko ƙarƙashin manyan wuraren firam/chassis. A hankali ya sauke motar akan jacks.

Sashe na 2 na 2: Sauya rakiyar tuƙi

Mataki 1: Cire gunkin a ƙarshen tsaunin firam.. Yin amfani da soket da madaidaicin magudanar hannu, cire ƙugiya mai tabbatar da ƙaƙƙarfan ƙarshen memba na giciye zuwa firam/ dutsen chassis.

Mataki na 2: Cire gunkin a ƙarshen tsaunin swivel.. Ya danganta da ɗora igiyar murɗa a kan abin hawan ku, soket da ratchet ko akwatin buɗaɗɗen maƙarƙashiya za su yi aiki mafi kyau a nan. Yi amfani da wanda ya dace don cire goro da ke tabbatar da ƙarshen pivot zuwa ga gatari.

Mataki 3 Cire sandar waƙa. Ƙarshen firam/chassis ya kamata ya fito kai tsaye tare da guntu da cire goro. Ƙarshen swivel na iya fitowa nan da nan ko kuma a buƙaci lallashi. Saka cokali mai yatsa tsakanin layin dogo da saman hawa. ƴan ƙwaƙƙwaran ƙaƙƙarfan guduma ya kamata su sa shi faɗuwa.

Mataki 4. Sanya memba na giciye a gefen chassis.. Sanya memba na giciye a gefen chassis/frame da farko. Bar guntun da goro hannu-matse don yanzu.

Mataki 5: Shigar da gefen jujjuyawar memba na giciye akan gatari.. Matse goro da hannu don riƙe waƙa a wurin. Matse ƙarshen mahaɗin biyu, zai fi dacewa tare da maƙarƙashiya mai ƙarfi. Idan ba a samu maƙarƙashiya mai ƙarfi ba, ƙarfafa bangarorin biyu tare da kayan aikin hannu, ba kayan aikin iska ba idan kun zaɓi amfani da su. Bayan an ƙarfafa, rage motar daga jacks.

  • Ayyuka: Idan bayanan juzu'i ba su samuwa don abin hawan ku, ƙara matsawa memba na giciye kusan 45-50 lb-ft a ƙarshen abin da aka makala chassis/frame da kusan 25-30 lb-ft a ƙarshen lilo, yawanci. Ƙarshen maƙarƙashiya na iya karyewa cikin sauƙi idan an danne shi. Idan kuna buƙatar taimako tare da maye gurbin sandar taye ko wani sabis, gayyaci ƙwararren filin AvtoTachki zuwa gidanku ko ofis a yau.
