Yadda ake saka ginshiƙin tuƙi

Mataki na 3: Gwada fitar da motar. Yayin tuƙi na gwaji, bincika idan akwai sassauta ginshiƙin tuƙi dangane da tuƙi.

Akan motoci daga shekarun 1960 zuwa karshen 1980:

Mataki 1: Sanya ginshiƙin tuƙi a cikin motar. Zamar da madaidaicin sandar kan tutiya.

Mataki 2. Sanya ƙwaya masu hawa ƙasa da na sama ko kusoshi na tuƙi.. Matsa sandunan da hannu, sannan ƙara jujjuya 1/4.

Mataki na 3: Shigar da bolt ɗin da ke haɗa sandar tuƙi zuwa saman countershaft na sama.. Maƙale goro mai haɗawa da igiya akan kullin da hannu.

Matsa goro 1/4 don tabbatar da shi.

Mataki na 4: Saka bel ɗin a cikin madaidaicin riƙon da ke kiyaye shi zuwa ginshiƙin tutiya.. Haɗa masu haɗin wutar lantarki zuwa kayan doki na tuƙi.

Mataki na 5: Haɗa kebul ɗin motsi zuwa ginshiƙin tuƙi.. Idan motar tana da ginshiƙin karkatarwa, to, muna murƙushe ledar tayal.

Mataki na 6: Shigar da murfi akan ginshiƙin tuƙi.. Tsare shingen ginshiƙan tuƙi ta hanyar shigar da skru masu hawa.

Mataki 7: Juya sitiyarin zuwa dama kuma dan kadan zuwa hagu. Wannan yana tabbatar da cewa babu wasa akan ramin tsaka-tsaki.

Akan motoci daga ƙarshen 1990s zuwa yau:

Mataki 1: Sanya ginshiƙin tuƙi a cikin motar. Zamar da madaidaicin sandar kan tutiya.

Mataki 2. Sanya ƙwaya masu hawa ƙasa da na sama ko kusoshi na tuƙi.. Matsa sandunan da hannu, sannan ƙara jujjuya 1/4.

Mataki na 3: Shigar da bolt ɗin da ke haɗa sandar tuƙi zuwa saman countershaft na sama.. Maƙale goro mai haɗawa da igiya akan kullin da hannu.

Mataki 8: Juya sitiyarin zuwa dama kuma dan kadan zuwa hagu. Wannan yana tabbatar da cewa babu wasa akan ramin tsaka-tsaki.

Mataki 9: Sake haɗa kebul na ƙasa zuwa madaidaicin baturi mara kyau..

Mataki na 10: Danne manne baturin da kyau. Tabbatar haɗin yana da kyau.

  • Tsanaki: Tun da ƙarfin ya ƙare gaba ɗaya, da fatan za a sake saita duk saitunan da ke cikin motarka kamar rediyo, kujerun lantarki da madubin wutar lantarki.

Mataki 3: Gwada maɓallin ƙaho kuma tabbatar da ƙahon yana aiki.

Idan injin ku ba zai fara ba, ƙaho ba ya aiki, ko kuma hasken jakar iska ya zo bayan kun maye gurbin ginshiƙin tutiya, to kuna iya buƙatar ƙara bincikar sitiyarin kewayawa. Idan matsalar ta ci gaba, ya kamata ku nemi taimako na ɗaya daga cikin ƙwararrun injiniyoyi na AvtoTachki, wanda zai iya yin maye kamar yadda ake buƙata.
